Alberto’s adventures: knights and princesses

Something is going on in Vienna’s Musikverein! We dive into the thrilling age of knights and princesses and land smack bang in the middle of a thrilling adventure:
Princess Rosamunde has fallen off her horse and injured herself. But luckily for her, Sir Daniel passes by and hurries to her aid. He brings her home, falls in love and asks for her hand. But it’s just not that simple. One can’t marry a princess that easily! Rosamunde’s father gives her potential groom three difficult tasks to undertake before he can wed her. But will he manage?

Albert Landertinger takes the children on this medieval adventure in the Gläsernen Saal of the Musikverein with the help of his trombone, the Linzer Torte Orchestra and the music of Michael Praetorius, Georg Friedrich Handel, Sergej Prokoviev and Luigi Boccherini. To help teachers prepare, Landertinger will share his tips in a workshop preceding the concert.
