passwort:kammermusik2 - “Real Gold or Brass?”

Pupils can get to know musicians and their instruments up close. Breath and emotion, playing technique and passion – music-making at the highest level right before their eyes! The colorful palette of orchestral instruments can be heard in small ensembles from trio to sextet. The varied chamber music ensembles of the Vienna Philharmonic play from their concert cycle at the Vienna State Opera. The programme ranges from music of the baroque period to the modern age, including encounters with unknown composers. The concerts are supported by teacher training courses and accompanying teaching materials.

Hanne Muthspiel-Payer will support teachers in their preparation once again with a workshop preceding the event, and will accompany the children through the event itself.
